a few things up.
I already have Facebook. Why a website?
Keep using it. A website gives you a stable link for your services, photos, location and contact details, without asking customers to scroll through posts. It supports your Facebook presence and is useful only if it helps your customers take the next step.
Do I own the website?
Yes. Your domain and hosting account should be under your control. You receive the website source files, an access handover and renewal information. You can ask someone else to maintain it later.
Can customers use Somali?
Yes. Choose Somali or English for $400, or both for $500. The bilingual package covers the same agreed content in both languages, with a visible language switch. We organise review of the Somali wording with you before launch.
What happens after launch?
For 30 days, we correct faults in the work we delivered. Ongoing changes can be quoted individually. Optional care is $25 per month for one check and up to 30 minutes of small edits. New pages, features and translation are outside that care plan.
Can I update it myself?
The standard package is a straightforward business website. It does not include an editing dashboard. You own the files and can use a developer for changes, ask us for a quote, or choose the optional care plan. If you need an editor, we scope it separately.
Do you guarantee more customers?
No. We give your business a clearer online presence and easier contact options. Enquiries also depend on your offer, reputation and how people discover you. Search ranking, advertising and ongoing social media management are not included.
How do payments and extra costs work?
Payment is split 50% to begin and 50% after you approve the private preview, before launch. We agree a supported payment method directly and put it in your quote. Domain, paid hosting and email costs are shown separately; we do not add them without agreement.
